Admissions and Athlete Operations
Our Admissions table will be open on Thursday evening (March 10) from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for those who wish to pick up their pre-paid wristbands or to purchase admission tickets. Athletes can check in and receive their credentials so that they can attend and watch other sessions. Please make sure gymnasts arrive at least 15–30 minutes prior to scheduled General Stretch to check in.
Fiesta Frenzy Athlete Party
Don't let your gymnasts miss out on the best athlete party of the year! Let us show you our Texas Hospitality – no leos, no grips, no tiger paws – just put on your favorite shoes and let‟s let our hair down!! There will be a DJ, cool lights and lots of good food to share!! Bring your gym SPIRIT and let‟s have a blast!!!
On the form below, please note how many tickets your gym would like for the Saturday evening blowout!! The Party will be held right inside the hotel. There is an area that parents can hang out and enjoy SA as well. (Parents, siblings and athletes should all be included in your count. Coaches can attend the party for free, but we need their names and numbers too. For coaches who wish to share in the buffet with us, the cost is $10. Please note these numbers separately! ) These tickets can be purchased online beginning Dec 1st!

Best Wishes Ads
Show how much your "star" means to you either in print or on the big screen! Say thanks to your child's coaches and give your team a "shout-out." Put your wishes into words to help inspire your gymnast at the 2011 Alamo Classic. Throughout the weekend, we will have a "slideshow" with pictures of the athletes, motivational quotes and trivia on our big screen! Don't miss out on the opportunity to wish your athletes good luck. We've even got two ways to do it!!
Showcase of Stars Slideshow - Here's how it works...
You send us a digital file of the photo you want displayed, along with a short, embedded comment or greeting, and we will display it several times during your athlete's session! We'll take it from there! The cost is $15 per slide, and it will be displayed regularly throughout the competition.
Program "Best Wishes" - Here's how it works...
We would like to invite you to be part of the excitement this spring by offering you the opportunity to place a "Best Wishes" message in the program for the 2011 Alamo Classic. We have a variety of ad sizes available ranging from a simple, inexpensive "Best Wishes" text message to a full-page ad, with prices ranging accordingly.

Senior Recognition
Congratulations to the Class of 2011 Graduating Seniors!! If your gymnast is a graduating senior and is competing at the Alamo Classic this year, we want to recognize your athlete! You will also need to sign this form giving us permission to share this information at the meet. Please fill out the form below with your gymnast and return with a digital photo.
